Greeting We do by these presents Commissionate Authorize & Require you or
any three of you to cause to Appear before you all such persons as
Walter Armes
& Charles Tayler & Martha his Wife shall
Nominate unto you & take their Depositions in a suit in Chancery
Depending the 1st. Day of the next General Court between the sd.
Walter Armes Complt. & Cha: Taylor & Martha his Wife Respont:
on behalf of both Parties each party having lawfull notice of
time & place of taking the same & all Depositions by y[ou]
